Our coaches are not just fitness experts, they’re real people who understand your struggles because they’ve been there too. From nutrition to body image, they are here to guide you every step of the way. Meet our supportive team below.
ErinÂ
As a nutrition and mindset coach, Erin takes more interest in body image. She herself passed through chronic diseases and managed to come out of that with the help of food and maintaining her weight. Regarding exercise, she likes heavy lifting and also enjoys Japanese yoga. Erin relaxes when she spends her time with her two cats in the sunshine or dining with friends.
Erin, with her unique way of movement and health, helps the JSA members to bring about such changes that have a lasting impact on their lifestyle. She helps members make better food and lifestyle decisions using guidance aligned with the James Smith Calorie Calculator.

StuÂ
Stu dislikes disordered food and has extensive experience dealing with issues caused due to food. He urges the JSA members to assess their inner goals and get rid of their own created circles of issues meaningfully. If we talk about the likeness of Stu, he loves heavy lifting, swimming, and also holds a black belt in karate. After coaching time, he goes out to travel and test different tastes of cuisine outside.
Stu motivates the members of JSA to do and get such achievements that they once thought impossible. But during that struggle, never compromise on health and well being.

Nicole
Nicole has a distinct way of maintaining the lifestyle of the masses. Along with nutrition and training, she also guides her members on how to balance family and social lives. Her areas of training are Olympic lifting and bodybuilding. When she gets free time from professional coaching, she spends those precious moments with her daughter on the beach or roaming to enjoy moonlit nights with her husband. Nicole believes and gives direction to JSA members to achieve life goals without pausing their life routine.

Jack
Jack, being overweight himself, knows better how to reduce and maintain it. As a sports nutritionist and professional trainer, he guides JSA members strategically. He likes strength training, has an interest in boxing, Muay Thai, and rugby.
When Jack finds the leisure time, he spends it with his family, friends, napping, hiking, and traveling. Jack desires that every member of JSA should not compromise on their social life and not put too many checks on food. Instead, they should get their desired fitness goals in a balanced way.

Rebecca
Rebecca is a blessed trainer for those mothers who want fitness after having babies. He has a qualification in pre- and postnatal and certified health coach in JSA. Rebecca, being a mother of 3 children, knows how to deal with mums. Rebecca’s major focus is to keep the females physically and mentally healthy, so she loves resistance-style training.
In her free time, Rabbeca hears podcasts, reads books and spends time outside with children. Rebecca wants every member of JSA should be comfortable inwardly, and she believes that everyone should invest in their body to make it better.

Fi
Fi is such a trainer who does not recommend any nutrition until she gets solid evidence. As a coach in JSA, she has a compassionate mindset and favours the menopause.
Among various training practices, Fi likes weight training the most. When she gets extra time from coaching, she spends it with her kids and her pet Oscar. Fi motivate the members of JSA to enjoy whatever they have right now and explore their further goals.

Maja
As a personal trainer with more than a decade of experience in well-known gyms in Oslo and London, Majha knows the secret to recomposing a body. He is fond of strength training and has a certificate of conditioning, pre- and postnatal qualifications. After coaching hours, she goes out and spends time with her son, Sven and husband Mark. Maja’s training style for JSA members is unique in that they enjoy their daily lives and effectively achieve fitness goals.

Steve
Steve is our professional trainer with a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise science and is known as a certified functional strength coach. He has many areas of specialisation, such as strength, hypertrophy, and body composition.
As a well-known discus thrower, Steve only spends energy on strength and hypertrophy training. Travelling is his hobby, but his hectic routine in training does not allow him to go for it. So she put his blood and sweat into learning more for his training.
Steve strives hard to guide the members of JSA to understand the real essence of health and improving lifestyle.
Nicolette
Nicolette is a standout trainer who teaches JSA members to consume the food they need without any fear. She takes food as fuel for training, providing energy and overall well-being.
Nicolette likes movement in life, and for that, she starts with extensive exercise near the beach. She also loves boxing, strength training and reformer pilates. Nicolette is a foodie and spends her spare time in the kitchen trying different recipes and exploring different restaurants outside. Nicolette stresses a balanced diet and relates it to good memories of life.
Hazel
As a busy mother, Hazel understands how to bring the health of working women back with perfect fitness. Hazel is a nutrition coach who teaches effective exercise techniques, both at the gym and at home. Many of the mothers under her guidance got results shortly.
After work, Hazel dedicates time to her kids and enjoys her life full of fun. She declares ice cream as her favourite dish and directs her members at JSA not to make fitness a complicated process.
Rachel
Rachel dislikes myths about the difficult process of fitness, tough training, and unmanageable nutrition. Rather, she believes that everyone has the right to live a life according to their will.
Rachel has a smart plan for those mothers who have a busy life routine. She trains them and starts getting results in a short time. Moreover, she has a dedicated studio gym for those who feel uncomfortable in a normal gym. After getting time from the gym, Rachel enjoys her life with her two sons, along with her dog.
Cara
The major focus of Cara is the diet of athletes and sports teams. Yes, she has a postgraduate degree in sports nutrition, and does not recommend any supplement until she assesses its evidence-based results. She put her efforts into restoring the energy level of JSA members to improve their performance.
When Cara has extra time, she moves straight away towards her family and has fun with them. Sometimes she starts a Netflix series. But on top, she loves Friday night chocolate, coffee, and trolling as sources of enjoyment.
